Case Study: Expedited List Creation
Adio received 5,500 native electronic documents to be coded/described within one-week for an upcoming disclosure list. A task that would have been difficult to achieve in the best of circumstances.
Action
Using Adio’s Listd, we examined the text of each document to record the document title, date, type, author and recipients. The output was transferred to Everlaw and reviewed by Adio staff before making available to the legal team to review.
Result
The legal team reviewed the descriptions and accepted the Listd coding with minimal changes. The all-in cost per document was less the 75% less than the manual alternative. The results were achieved within three days and enabled the legal team to meet their court-driven deadline.
