Case Study: AI AutoCAD Analysis
In a large construction dispute involving over tens of thousands of drawings, a law firm client wanted to capture the people that contributed to the design, review and approval of each drawing.
Action
Using Listd, Adio captured four metadata fields for the contributors to the document and their role for 100 sample documents. The information was overlaid into Everlaw so that the metadata fields and issue codes could be used to search for specific combinations of contributors to a design.
Result
The process correctly captured most of the contributor information as well as version and drawing numbers within four days. Overall, the client saved almost one month of time and achieved 90% accuracy in the capture of the data for the equivalent of ~$15 per hour.
