Adio received 910 native electronic invoices to be matched and linked to a schedule with 960 listed invoices. The task needed to be completed within three days.
Action
Adio used a "three-pass" process to extract the date, total and invoice number from each invoice to match against the document to the list. The potential matches were hyperlinked to the list so the legal team could confirm which invoices were correct for the specific line item.
Result
The first pass of matching the date, amount and invoice number achieved a 55% success rate. Adio adjusted the process to ask the AI to compare the whole invoice text to the list.
